Objectives and activities

The project’s primary aim is to enhance the competitiveness of individuals aged 15-30 with a criminal record or behavioural issues in the labour market, support their employment retention, and reduce the likelihood of reoffending. The project is structured around three sub-objectives, each corresponding to specific key activities.

A counselling methodology for specialists working with young people aged 15-30 with a history of offending or inappropriate behaviour. This methodology primarily focuses on developing social skills and motivation among these young individuals to improve their employability and support their retention in the workforce.

An effective employer engagement strategy, including a mentoring programme. This strategy aims to engage employers in social programmes for young people with a history of offending, thereby increasing their chances of securing and maintaining employment.

A comprehensive networking model to enhance the integrated networking and motivation activation competencies of specialists working with young people. An additional aim is to include the broader network of family and friends as equal partners.
